I heard that some people were spear fishing near baie des brises in hungry bay in the beginning of summer. This was done during spawning and is completely unbearable. I strongly encourage anyone who witnesses this to immediately report this to officials. As for the culprits, shame on you.
I know how you feal, and natives are aloud to do it during the spawn and it is legal in some area’s for carp, pike and sucker.
Yeah it’s unfortunate. The worst part is that they most likely just leave them there if they’re killing pike and suckers.
